Established in April 2006 Pro-Am is Scarborough's Premier Sports Injury Clinic

We are dedicated to the;

• rehabilitation of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems.

Injury treatments are suited to each individual and include mainly hands on techniques;

• sports massage,
• myofascial release,
• soft tissue release and
• muscle energy techniques.

The variety of treatments available grows each year as continuation of professional development is mandatory to the association Pro-Am is registered with (The Society of Sports Therapists.

Pro-Am see's a variety of people come through it's door every day. It ranges from highly trained;

• labourers,
• desk workers to those suffering from

• fibromyalgia etc.

We believe in providing people with the means to help themselves by giving self management techniques.
